All return intent must be communicated to us via FB Messenger, email at or call at +639157036247 within 7 days after receiving your order. You may drop off the items for return at our HQ located at 65 Rd. 20 Project 8, Quezon City 1106.

If you return via any courier, note that you will shoulder all applicable shipping fees and charges unless the return/exchange is due to the item being defective or incorrect order placement by our sales associate over the phone.

Autobot Merchandise can only process your return request if it meets our criteria for exchange and return. Use the checklist below to find out if you are eligible for a return:

● Returns must be made within 7 days from the day the item/s were received.
● The item/s must still be in its original packaging and intact with the tags attached to it.
● Item/s must be in the same condition. (i.e. unworn, unwashed, etc) when it was received.

Exchanges are only available for sizes and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. We suggest that you request for a refund and place a new order.


If you opt to get a refund, it will be processed via your preferred method (bank transfer or Gcash). Request should be filed within 7 days after you received the order.
